Part of the proceeds from the Ethiopia hand carved chairs and stools will go to help replant new trees in Ethiopia.
Greener Ethiopia, with its partners, raised millions of tree seedlings in the community nurseries in project Woredas each year. Different tree species ( all together, greater than 25 species ) have been used based on the needs and interests of the communities and the availability of seeds. The tree species have been selected based on the agro-climatic zones, as well as for the various products and services these trees can provide or for the multi-purposes they are required for.
